My Bitty Boomer sounds staticky or not right

We offer 1 year warranty on our product. To troubleshoot, turn off and charge your Bitty Boomer completely. Try turning the volume slightly lower on your phone or device and see if the static has dissipated. If Bitty Boomer gets wet or is exposed to electric shock, this can damage the quality of sound. Sometimes playing at a slightly lower volume can fix the issue.

My Bitty Boomer plays music from certain apps but not all apps

Some apps such as TikTok and Instagram can be set to automatically mute videos as a default setting. If your Bitty Boomer is playing music from some apps but not all, try tapping or unmuting the video/song in the app and see if that works! This default setting can be adjusted in your app directly.

My Bitty Boomer will not charge

Because of the rounded shape, it may appear that the charging cable does not fully fit. It can be difficult to insert charging cable due to rounded shape, try flipping the cord upside down to align ports. Here’s a quick video tutorial to help you troubleshoot. If it still isn’t charging please email support@bittyboomers.com with the following information:

How do I pair my Bitty Boomer with my phone or device?

Here’s a quick video tutorial to help you thorough the set up.

My Bitty Boomers will not pair together

One phone or device will allow you to pair a maximum of 2 Bitty Boomers together. However, not all Bitty Boomers will pair together. Check the bottom of your Bitty Boomer. If there is writing on the bottom of your Bitty Boomer, it is a 2nd generation model. If there is no writing, you have a 1st generation model. Unfortunately 1st and 2nd generation Bitty Boomers are not able to pair together. 

Please note: Our Bitty Boomers sometimes get updated technology
internally, and when this happens some older versions cannot sync with
newer ones. The easiest way to figure out if yours are compatible is to
check the bottom of your Bitty Boomer. If there is an FCC number on the
bottom (around the power button), the end of that number for example BB5
should match on both speakers you are attempting to sync together. 

I lost my manual, do you have a digital one?
The light on the bottom is flashing, is that normal?

A flashing light on the bottom of Bitty Boomer could be indication of low battery. Try fully charging and see if that helps. If your model has a ring of light around the base, that light is not able to turn off and will shine while playing. Some models have a light that flashes during use, dancing along to the music. And when the musics stops, it will turn solid.

Are Bitty Boomers waterproof?

We don’t suggest taking your Bitty Boomer for a swim. Our wireless Bluetooth speakers are not waterproof. 

What is the maximum range of a Bitty Boomer?

You are guaranteed optimal sound and connection within 30 ft.
